KATHMANDU:  With less than 100 days to go for the global discussion on climate change in Copenhagen, high-ranking officials of South Asian countries will hold a regional ministerial workshop on August 31 and September 1 in Kathmandu to zero in on a common agenda of the Himalayan region for the Denmark summit.
